Goodbye Pacadi Jasha...Hope You Come Back

I personally wanted to say thank you to the Pacadi Jasha designers who are on the eve of their fashion show before they leave SL, without doubt on a high note.

Always sad when shining stars extinguish but you can't glow forever.  The designers have organized the Miracle Fashion Show on Saturday 17th at 12pm at their sim on Altobello.  Until then, you can enjoy their amazing sale with all products selling for between $20 and $100 L's.  The outfit shown here is one from their KREATURA Collection and prices for this line will be set at $130L.  You simply can't miss out on such bargains.

I just love this dress called Naala.  It is really such a clever design and just reminds me of what we're losing...hopefully only for a little while.

So to Lotta, Frederic, Julia and Clair, thank you for the style you brought us.

Chalice In Wonderland: I'm A Lady....GaGa that is!

Not having had time to peruse the feeds this evening prior to submitting this post, I suspect the new release shoes from Pacadi Jasha titled Armadillo Plateaus will be blogged quite a bit; however, when I received them upon logging on tonight, they screamed to be matched with my new House of Fox outfit called Lady H.O.F. that I planned to blog about.  As I'm apt to do, I substituted the Black Sheer Top, also from House of Fox, with the black bra provided with the outfit.  I love, love the look.

No doubt we've all seen the amazing pairing of Alexander McQueen's 10" stiletto's with Lady Ga Ga's feet.  Like Dolce & Gabbana, Trinny & Susannah and Gautier & Madonna, this duo was made in fashion heaven.

How timely given the impending 'For The Love Of McQueen' tribute show being  produced by AVENUE and scheduled to run at 12.00pm on the 28th of February at GOL. I guarantee you'll see nothing like it knowing that Rusch Raymaker (CEO AVENUE Inc.) and Jesika Contepomi (Chief Marketing Officer, AVENUE Inc.) surround themselves with consummate professionals of the highest caliber.  With the creme of SL designers contributing outfits and the most talented stylists in the business, Vixie Rayna, Thalia Jie, Jesika Contepomi and Winter Jefferson, this promises to be the show of shows.  Hosted by Ms Fashion herself, Angie Mornington, the outfits pay homage to the amazing work of Alexander McQueen and will be available from the designer's stores for the month of March.  Of particular note is the fact that all proceeds from sales will be donated to the 'KEEP A CHILD ALIVE' charity given McQueen was a known supporter of similar charities focusing on HIV/AIDS issues.  If you attend nothing else this year, do your spirit a favor and enjoy the celebration of one of the most amazing designers the world has seen.

I must say that Pacadi Jashan have done an amazing job with these McQueen inspired beauty's shown here in the color, Ocean.  Hope you enjoy :-)

Chalice In Wonderland: I Got The Whole World In My Pants.

I purchased some seriously stunning pants from Glam Affair the other day.  I really do love the classic lines reminiscent of film stars of the 40's and I particularly think of Joan Crawford, Greta Garbo and Katherine Hepburn strutting elegantly like they owned the world.  I also love the treatment at the waist and sassy bow which give the pants more symmetry.

Imagine the myriad of ways you can dress these pants to create your signature look.

Chalice In Wonderland - Amba Silk Dress by PACADI Jasha.

Picture provided by PACADI Jasha & framed by Chalice Carling.

I love blogging and while 99% of the time I blog what I buy, there are the odd occasions where I'm sent something to profile if I like it.  Tonight was such an occasion where I was sent the Amba Silk dress in light blue (I'm a sucker for light blue too).  I popped on the contents of the folder and loved it all.   PACADI Jasha has done it again.

A soon to be released hair, two black bags filled with girlie stuff, the dress, the black belt and a cool pair of aviator sunglasses.  I couldn't wait to photograph it so took off to Insilico Central where I remembered a neon blue bar.  Insilico is one of my favorite places to visit and there's a photographic treasure around every corner.  Anyway, here's Amba.

Thank you so much for sharing the outfit with me.  It's very well constructed and it was a pleasure to review.
