Smart Cabinet from Behold Designs

The minute I saw this cabinet designed by EnCore Mayne from Behold Designs I fell in love with it.

The detail is wonderful and the scripted smoked glass doors are something else. EnCore generously sent me the cabinet and I couldn't unpack it quickly enough. If you are looking for a quality yet functional piece of furniture for your home, look no further. You can purchase it from EnCore's Marketplace store here. For the incredibly low price of $211L which equates to around $1.20 US, it's a phenomenal price when one considers the skill and time involved in producing this.

Thanks darling. Looking forward to your next masterpiece.

BREAKING NEWS: Chalice Found Squatting In New Dutchie Bed.

Before I even start with this post, here is the LM to Dutchie Furniture where you can buy Froukje Hoorenbeek's new release Adult Bed.

OK where to start? Froukje Hoorenbeek is just amazing. She has literally mastered SL building and creating, showing us that RL designs can certainly translate into our second lives to provide us with comfort, beauty and practicality. Froukje has improved on this bed so remarkably that I simply don't think SL would be worth living without it.

It is your one 'drop' shop for anything you would need to do in bed and then some. Whether you're solo like me, have lots of mates around for pajama parties or are a sex fueled couple, this bed will serve it up to you and then make itself after-wards. Oh Froukje, how did you do it?

For example, click on the bed to invoke the menu. In that menu you can opt for SOLO, FRIENDS, CUDDLES, KISSES, FOEEPLAY, SEX, MORE SEX, A BIT MORE and AFTERWARDS. Each option has a choice of 9 poses some complete with accessories. That is 81 different ways to enjoy the bed guys...freaking 81.

Chalice readily admits she is a SL virgin with an electric toothbrush so she only drove it in SOLO but you wait until you test drive it. You'll be busy for days. Available in Green, Black and Salmon, this bed is the Rolls Royce. NO, a custom make Rolls Royce no less and will give you hours of fun.

Come visit Chalice in bed...

Damn...it even has tissues and chocolates for when you dump his sorry ass to the kerb.  Froukje you're a genius.

It's A Beautiful Day...Don't Let It Slip Away.

I must be the luckiest girl in the world. Every time I visit new web site's, I'm ALWAYS the 1,000,000th visitor.

I just wanted to show you my new chair. I first saw it in The Dressing Room Blue and had to have it. Upon inspection, I headed to Yasuki Beck's LP2 interior to snap it up. Amazing furniture and ultra low prim which amazes me because it all looks as if it would be prim heavy. I love this chair and matching rug called 'Old Stripe'.

I also TP'd to Fancy Scrabblebat's new store, ::Shopaholic's Anonymous:: situated at Malt. You can read Fancy's wonderful blog, So Called Second Life here. Fancy has a pose pack for sale at 50L's and is hard at work making more. Unreal poses folks so keep Shopaholic's Anonymous in mind for your pose needs. The Starbucks coffee, newspaper and glasses on the floor were made by Ms Fancy and her shop is full of fun.

This is my most favorite photo of Chalice. I just managed to take it as she blinked so the effect is just perfect.

NEW RELEASE - Mind Your Business In The New Dutchie Office.

As promised, here is a new release from my favorite lifestyle designer, Ms Froukje Hoorenbee of Furniture & House by Dutchie.

If you value your personal SL environment, you will undoubtedly know this amazing brand simply by the name Dutchie. I unfortunately came across Froukje's amazing work quite late which is a terrible shame as I would have surrounded myself with her brand of wonderful much earlier. Anyway, Froukje and I spoke last week and she shared with me her new amazing creation, The Dutchie Office made as a sky box. Please feast your eyes on the pictures and forgive me my rather heavy use of photo's in this post but when you find something like this, you must give it all the fan fare you can muster.

I really wanted to capture the incredible detailing of the build and dressings of this quality structure. It is being released this weekend so do make sure you drop in and see it for yourself. The prim usage, both unfurnished and furnished is very conservative so you have no excuse for not taking care of business.

Chalice In Wonderland: Buy A Lifestyle At The Loft

This is the least I can do for someone I have respected as a designer since I began furnishing my houses quite some time ago.  Colleen Desmoulins, the creative force behind The Loft has provided SL residents with a stylish lifestyle akin to some of the upmarket furniture design stores in RL.

New at The Loft are two pieces that Colleen says will provide residents with the ability to mix 'n' match their furniture creating their own distinctive look.  I have been a Loft devotee for ages and what always strikes me, is the attention to detail and clever selection of textures that work together to create life-like furniture pieces that I would have in my own RL home.

Introducing:

The Mayer Chaise

"Is new and improved with lot's of colors to chose from.  It comes with couples and singles animations and texture changeable blankets and pillows". - Colleen Desmoulins

The Krissy Shelves:

"These adorable shelves would make a great addition to anyroom .  It comes decorated with everything shown.  The Picture frame is not attached which makes adding your own picture a cinch".  - Colleen Desmoulins

These pictures are taken in my house so I can testify that both are awesome.  The Mayer Chaise is in my bathroom and is a perfect platform to kick back and rest after a long day.  The Krissy Shelves I just purchased and the texture change curtain at the bottom is such a great idea.  BTW - that's me in the frame.  Just throw a photo in the content tab of the frame and voila.  You've personalized your home.

Thank you Colleen.  SL decorators owe you a snug hug.
