Holy father of fashion, I LOVE this red and black leather dress from Mina. Try and tear it off me...I'll be wearing this for a few days for sure!  I also purchased the red and black leather boots that match so well.  Mina sell a lot of hair which I'm wearing but when I spotted this dress, I was mightily impressed.

I'm A Little Mellow Yellow

RL me will be going into hospital in the next few days but not exactly sure when.  I'll be taking my lappie but I'm not certain if I'll be able to blog on it.  Regardless, I'll be back and will blog all my new purchases when I can.

I've put BOSL radio on my land and have been sitting with my ear phones on while blogging listening to the tunes and have been singing so loud I've had to close the windows to spare the neighbors.  Who else does this?

I'm Dishy Cause I'm Dressed By Jack Spoon.

Hey Diddle Diddle...today I'm focusing on two tops from the label 'Jack Spoon'.  The designer is well known blogger of the fabulous Pratukessaibas,.Steffy Ghost.

Get a load of this cute as can be top called 'Polka Moused'.  Immediately I fished out my 'Captain Mouse Helmet' from Ladies Who Lunch'.  Fortunately for me and my need to accessorize, the helmet is modifiable so I set about changing the colors to really make it mine.

Now I bring you look two wearing the 'Santana' top from Jack Spoon.  WOW what can I say.  It so, so, so ME.  The colors are splendid and its not often you see such fine texturing and vividness.  I went to town shopping for accessories and found this 'Friendo' necklace again from Miel.  It comes with a HUD that allows you to personalize the message.  Because I'm so forgetful, I put my name on it.  The beads and fine leather straps are a wonderful touch and this is as realistic as you get in SL. 

I found this lovely heart necklace called 'Boom Boom Pendant' from Label Mode.  Cheap too.  I kept searching until I found this fab bag and bracelet at Emery both with great blue tones.  I say if you can't find it at Emery, it just ain't made yet..

I enjoyed my shop-a-thon styling these outfits all built around my two new Jack Spoon tops which I adore.  Great work Ms Steffy.  I can't wait to see more...watch this space.

Without doubt, this has been the most labor intensive post I've ever written purely by the fact that the search capability in SL is totally flawed.  It has literally taken me forever to get the LM's for this post.  LL please do SOMETHING.

I Got Horsey Shorts For The Melbourne Cup.

It's Melbourne Cup today in Melbourne and that means a public holiday.  I love the fact that I live in a country that stops for a horse race and looks good doing it.

I got me some silky shorts with horses running across them from Emery.  They're very cute and I love the color combo of grey and peach.  Emery has a fantastic array of outfits and caters to a variety of styles and tastes.  Likewise,  Boom is a one stop shop of fabulous styles and the My Milkshake Tied Tank in grey is a versatile piece that should get lots of wear. 

I kept the grey theme going with the Lellani corsage from LaGyo (color change), clutch bag from Cashmere and Astra Wedges from Tee*fy. 

Stylish watches are something I'm always on the look out for in SL and I found the Vivoldi watch in black at Cashmere.  Really lovely fit.  I sifted through my jewelery box and found the Love Dog Tag from Lucifer's Heart and my Moria ring from Morantique Lush.

 The blond locks are from LeLutka (Jolie), skin from Glam Affair (Jadis 2), eyes from Fashism, and nails are from Pixel Mode.

Chalice opted to stay out of the Birdcage this year and instead will enjoy all the fun in the car park with her horsey shorts, Dr Dree and glass(es) of Krug champagne.

Little Girl Blue.

While my fashion tastes are expansive and I love raw and edgy, sometimes a little winsome femininity soothes my senses.  I built this look from the Monica skin from Glam Affair that was a giftie at Modavia Fashion Week.  The pearly blue eye shadow and soft, luscious lips are quite exquisite and gave me the excuse I needed to bring out the Blue Roses Headpiece from LaGyo that I've been itching to wear.

It was at this point I went scouting for clothing pieces to create my Little Girl Blue look.  I hit the jackpot at Gizza Creations with this most feminine top called Bon Bon Blouse featuring girly bows and lace.  Given the ornateness of the blouse, I opted for simple shiny white leggings from Emery with spiked cuff that complimented the Otranto heels in white from Similar Footwear.

   
I'm loving 'My Beauty Case' from Les Petits Details (LpD) and just had to have it.  These pics are taken at LpD's mainstore at GoldenSand Island and encourage you all to go there for a look.  You absolutely won't be disappointed. 

Hair is a new release from Vanity Hair called 'Mimmi' and its a very chic razor cut bob with hair base that is a particularly great option to wear with clothing where you want to elongate the neckline.  The delicate powder blue earrings are called India Dangle from Junk Jewelery and my favorite prim nails from Pixel Mode.
