Who Loves You Babe?

I've made two cups of tea while shooting and preparing this post and both of them have gone cold.  Third time lucky.  First of all I want to say that Melany Seerose won the $1000L in Cha's Flash Fash Cash Comp and she has been paid.  Congrats on identifying yourself Melany and I hope you have fun spending it.  Another one is coming soon.  I've been out and about shooting random people so just need a few more to start.

Today I'm featuring this gorgeous dress from Molichino.  Its called 'Haley' and comes with a color change belt.  I've been waiting to find something to wear with the 'Flower Bag' made by Raining Creations that I purchased at the Love Donna Flora event.  I'm sorry I can't provide you with an LM for this shop because one wasn't provided in the folder but it is made my Lenka Canvas who doesn't have anything in her profile. Its a great fun bag however, so perhaps if you want one just IM her.

I love the color of this dress and was lucky to find boots to match at Gos.  The necklace is from Miel and you can use the hud to add your name to it like I have.

I went to The Arcade earlier and was so unlucky on two gacha machines.  I received the same item 5 times in a row on one of them and for the life of me couldn't get the right hair color I wanted on the other.  I said to myself 'only one more try' and I finally got it.  Don't they just suck you in?  They do me.  I think the event is great but the machines and pics are just so small I get frustrated trying to cam in to see whats on offer.

50 Shades Of Purple.

I found this gorgeous lavender top at Zaara the other day and loved the cut of it.  With a deep V neck and cinched at the waist, I couldn't resist.  Off I went to find me something to wear with it and found myself again at Molichino where I spotted these pants.

Mesh pants are great and I love that they do away with that horrible crease in the crotch area that used to be a problem with pants and shorts.

 
The colored bracelets are also from Zaara and I paired them with the Tefutefu jewellery set from Mandala.  I'm in my Tri Colored Heels (again) and after purchasing the fat pack, will always have a pair of shoes for any color or occasion.  The clutch is Le Primitif and adds even more color.

And I Think To Myself...What A Wonderful World.

After watching Squinternet Larnia (Giulia) sing that song so beautifully on YouTube sounding to me very much like Marlene Dietrich, I haven't stopped singing it all day.  Let's not forget what a wonderful world it is particularly when a group of people come together in a virtual world to pay tribute to someone they admire, not only with their words, but with donations to help ease the financial burden.  I read someone saying that they never loved SL more than now once the money was tallied up.  So true. 

Anyway, on to what Squinternet loved so much, the fashion.  Today I've fused Zaara with Molichino and love the result.  The beautiful top from Zaara looks to be inspired by Middle Eastern textiles with stunning gold motifs that glisten in the light.  The long skirt has a lovely belt and buckle and flows so delicately when you walk.

  

I accessorized heavily with this look, wearing a range of jewellery from various designers.  The bag is gorgeous from House Of Fox called 'Roman Bag'.  What I'm loving about SL these days after Siddean Monro devised her stunning feet and hands, is that rings and bracelets look so wonderful when they used to be the ugliest part of any avi.  Just a word to jewellery makes however, can you please ensure that you don't limit the reduction size of rings?  I have purchased some that are huge and will only reduce to a certain size which is still much to big to fit on one's finger.  Some rings I've put on cover nearly three fingers and unless you are producing for a Yeti, is not realistic for a normal avatar hand.

And speaking of Slink, these strappy little numbers are called LuLu Add-on shoes in Chocolate.  So clever the way the straps wrap around the heel.  Isn't it always the small details that takes something to a new level of fabulousness?

SAS Me Just A Little Bit.

Day 3 of intermittent attempts to get into The Arcade with no success.  I'm beginning to feel some higher power is keeping me from spending my $$$$'s.  Well if nothing else it allowed me to present a new outfit.  Today I'm wearing one of Sascha's Designs new releases called 'Pepper' consisting of the gorgeous mesh top and silky pants.  There's a huge variety of colors and designs but I chose to show 'Pepper Flower'.  A mix of tangerine, pink, red and cream, its ever so pretty especially today because where I live, its a stunning sunny day.

 

Thank you for sharing Pepper with me Sascha.  Its a stunning combo and as always, is finished to perfection.

I'm wondering whether there's a problem with Flickr stats because I've been reeling at the number of hits my pictures have been getting lately.  I hit an all time record of 1,970 yesterday.  I mean that's seriously insane.  If that is right, thank you sooooo much to people who made up that number.  Now if only my blog could follow suit. lol

Go Away, Come Back.

Please don't remove me from the feeds if in the next two weeks I'm blogging less frequently.  I have overseas visitors and will be heading up to Sydney tomorrow so I'm not sure when and if I can blog but I will be back.  If I'm removed I will cry and cry hard.

Today I'm featuring a sweet strapless summer mesh dress from one of my favorite designers, Kanou.  Called 'Alice', it comes in a beautiful range of colors (blue, coral, green, pink, silver and turquoise).  I've shown it in blue which was a perfect opportunity to go out and buy some blue shoes from Slink which I have been coveting.  Thank to you designer Dexter Kaupas for sending me your fabulous new release dress to blog.

My hair is from LeLutka called 'Dulcina' and comes with an interesting flower pin.  I do love the dewy look of the Petal Edition Skin from Glam Affair.  This one I'm wearing is called 'Clean'.

These are Slinks Glitter Peeptoe's in Blue and being add-on's for the Medium rigged feet and the Slink Avatar Enhancement feet, always make your feet look perfect.

I popped on my Blue Sculpty Scarf from Maitreya and added this delightful clutch from Molichino called 'Delirium' in Peach.  I found a cute hair bow to wear on my wrist from ASO.

The bracelets shown on camera left are also from ASO called 'Leather Coin'.

The location is Kagurazaka (home of the ASO brand) and I found this lovely multi-colored fence as a backdrop.

As I said, I'm heading to beautiful Sydney and can't wait to try out some of the great restaurants and do all the touristy things and see it through the eyes of my visitors.  I don't know about you, but when I have overseas guests, I do tend to want to show off my country to its best and sometimes feel nervous that the people and places I take them to don't let me down.  So far, so good.  I'm currently powering up my trusty GPS and hope it doesn't lie to me and get me lost.
